5.30pm Wrap
Superb dry powder here in Niseko today with this North West air flow paying quality dividends. Snow resumed falling last night & persisted throughout today with this 24hr period accumulation around 30cm. All gates & lifts were open & Fujiwara Gate #4 was an absolute standout this afternoon with Knee deep January quality dry dust to trace plenty of lines to Jacksons ridge. There’s a very impressive week marked out for the lucky patrons of Niseko with extensive falls to persist into the coming weekend & several days ahead of classic cold air. Chill factors are around minus 24 & todays minimum still temp was a very chilli 15 below zero --- brrr
Keep those powder sticks out --- there’s some deeper dust action coming our way so please ride wisely.
