Thank you so much for a great afternoon of fantastic skiing!!! Kate is over the moon about the white expanse beyond the gates and i am celebrating with my thigh muscles still burning!!! (In fact, arm muscles as well!) On a separate note, do you think you could bring us some information on SkiJapan's houses for rent? We are now firmly back in routine so I take this opportunity to thank you again for the experience you provided to me and the boys. We all thought the time with you was a really positive outing (despite the lifts closing !) . You certainly have a talent beyond the norm for guiding. Thank you again for the guided trip a few weeks ago. Both Sue and I really enjoyed the guide and we got a great day weather wise and it gave me more appreciation of the mountain in parts I hadn’t seen all that much of. I am looking forward to the next trip and the plan will be to do another session with you upon arrival to make the most of fresh legs and bodies. Paul had a ball and can’t stop talking about it, but like Paul he doesn’t stop talking about most things! Thanks for sharing your experiences and thoughts. We love meeting people who are following their dreams and not the crowds.I think you have a great product with the guide service and mountain tactics and we will be spreading the word for sure. In the mean time, take it easy, stay safe and please keep in touch.

  • SkiJapan.com Mountain Guiding does not allow, nor do they recommend Children of age 12yrs or under out of the resort gates/boundaries and into the back country.
  •  SkiJapan.com Mountain Guides reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session after combining relevant mountain weather, lift services and Avalanche conditions report.
  • If the session is cancelled due to the above conditions by SkiJapan.com Mountain Guides, then customers will receive 100% refund or booked into next available session.
  • Alcohol & illicit drug consumption of any type and level during the Mountain Guiding session day is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED and will void both customers accident/injury insurance and ability to continue and / or take part in Mountain Guiding session with zero refund. 
  • SkiJapan.com Mountain Guiding session customers are 100% insurance covered for accident and injuries in the back country and inbound riding resort during booked session time.
  • SkiJapan.com Mountain Guiding takes NO responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED SNOW SPORT EQUIPMENT.
  • Customers are advised to have adequate SNOW SPORT EQUIPMENT property insurance prior to travel.

    • Cancellation fees apply :
    1. Zero refunds if booked session is cancelled inside 3days ( 72hrs ) of booked session
    2. 50% refund if booked session is cancelled between 3 & 7 days prior to booked session
    3. 95% refund if booked session is cancelled 8 days or more prior to booked session
    4. Customers request to change the booked Mountain Guiding session date may be possible, BUT will be subject to availability and may incur amendment fees.
