Kiroro is an amazing skiing location. It's a little bit isolated so access to Japanese culture is limited to the restaurants at the Sheraton and Tribute hotels. I haven't seen Niseko or other locations and it's possible they are over-commercialized. So an ideal location for a quiet, completely ski-focussed holiday. An early to bed and early to rise type location...
