How to Enter
· Scan your Snow Expo QR code at the SkiJapan.com booth scanner and submit your details
· Entries accepted at Snow Expo Melbourne and Snow Expo Sydney
· Promotion runs from 9 am on 17 May and closes at 4 pm on 24 May 2026
Prize
· 1 x 5-night stay in a twin room at Hakuba Gateway for up to 2 people
· Valid for stays in March 2027 only
· Includes 5 days of standard ski or snowboard rental gear for 2 people
· Prize does not include flights, transfers, lift passes, meals, travel insurance, or any other expenses unless stated
· Room type and inclusions are fixed; upgrades available at winner’s expense
Booking & Availability
· Stay is subject to availability at the time of booking
· Booking must be made at least 60 days in advance
· Booking must be confirmed by 31 December 2026
· Stay must be taken as one continuous 5-night booking in March 2027
Conditions of Use
· Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
· No changes permitted after booking confirmation (or subject to availability and fees)
· If the prize is not redeemed within the valid period, it will be forfeited
