| Kirsty 22/03/2025 | the shuttle to the snow lifts is difficult to book 2 days ahead when arriving for 3 days. Sharing the shuttle would increase availability. A shuttle at 3;30 or 4 pm at the lift would be good as the Niseko shuttles are poor. |

| Jason 17/03/2025 | The dry room at the accommodation was very awkward. It's way too small and there is no place to get changed / unchanged. The area could be utilised so much better. Maybe a couple of benches in the middle and hanging racks instead of lockers. The lockers took up way too much room. |

| Lingwei 17/02/2025 | Location was fantastic and free shuttle to the various location/gondola is very convenient. There is not much facility in the condo. Ski locker provided but not heated so sometimes boots doesn’t dry properly. The locker room is very small. there is not enough changing are. the stairs to walk down to the ski locker is pretty steep for kids and often covered in snow. Our room was above the the shabu shabu resturant , the fumes of their exhaust pipe and also 3 exhaust pipes of shinka boiler pipe, it starts automatically and all the exhaust fumes get sucked into our room ventilation system and we had pretty horandous gas smell during the entire stay. The front desk identified the issue swiftly and offered plug in deodorants in the room, however it is questionable if this solve the issue as the smell is not the only concern but the quality of the air. |
