What payment methods do you accept?

Payments to can be made with Fly Wire in your local currency either by an international credit card or direct deposit. The exchange rate is set by Fly Wire. Our consultants will provide you with an invoice including a payment link which will direct you to the Fly Wire website to complete your payment.
Alternatively if you would like to pay in JPY, we can accept payment to our local Hokuyo bank account. All bank fees to be paid by the sender. Hokuyo charges a receiving fee of 4,000yen plus sender and intermediary bank fees.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in Japanese Yen (JPY) or in your local currency via our payment processor, Flywire.

Do I need to make a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, we require a deposit of 20% of the total within 7 days to confirm the booking or the booking may be cancelled automatically. The deposit is non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

The policy is as follows:

  • 60 days prior to travel – Loss of deposit.
  • 60 – 45 days prior to travel – Loss of deposit and supplier cancellation fees as charged by airlines, accommodation providers etc.
  • 45 days or less prior to travel – 100% cancellation fees apply.
