Do I need to make a deposit to secure my booking?
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, more than 60 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 20% of total invoice (loss of deposit) or the applicable supplier deposit will be non refundable. Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will apply without exception. Cancelation fees on other services such as lift passes, transfers vary and 30 days or less 100% cancelation fees apply. Please check with your consultant.
No allowance or refund can be made on any unused package components once travel has commenced. If a person or persons cancel from a SkiJapan.com booking, they and the remaining people in the booking will be liable for the additional accommodation costs that result from the cancelling persons.
How can i get to my Ski Japan accommodation?
2024/25 Airport Bus Schedule
Required Connection time – short connection time booking cannot be accepted by bus company.
Arrival bus – 45 minutes for Domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights is the minimum connecting time between flight arrival and bus departure.
Departure bus – 60 minutes for domestic flights (90 minutes for LCC such as Jet Star or Peach Aviation) and 120 minutes for international flights is the minimum connecting time between bus arrival and flight departure.
If your flight wouldn’t meet the bus schedule, taxi can be booked with additional cost. Highly recommend booking a taxi as soon as possible. Booking is subject to availability.
Please advise flight schedule including flight number for booking a bus/taxi. Bus/taxi cannot be booked without flight number or schedule.
Can we send our baggage to accommodation in resort?
Yes, you can. There are 2 major delivery companies in Japan. Delivery service should be available at airport, some hotels, convenience stores, and SkiJapan.com office in Niseko.
