Getting to Tomamu

There is 1 gondola, 3 quad lifts, 2 pair lifts and 28 courses ranging from Beginner (9 courses), Intermediate (14 courses) and Advanced (4 courses), with one First-Timer course. The total length is 21.3km with the ski area spanning over 145 hectares.

Lift Pass / Night Skiing

Options of day passes, 4-hour passes or just night ski passes. There are both adult and child rates for these different passes. Night skiing is available until 7pm on the front mountain.

Off-Piste Skiing

For those wanting to go off-piste skiing, a liability waiver must be signed in resort before doing so. A badge is provided and it is compulsory to wear the badge and a helmet at all times.

Snow Sports School

There are snow schools at the base of Tower and the Gondola station with a wide range of lessons from kids-club, adult group lessons to private lessons. The number of English/Chinese speaking instructors are limited and is highly recommended to pre-book the lessons in advance.

Equipment Rental

Equipment rental is available at the Tower, Risonare and the Gondola station. The rental shop offers free overnight storage; a hassle free experience!

A destination resort, Tomamu creates an Ice Village from December to mid-March, completely made from ice and snow. The village lights up in the evenings from 5pm to 10pm making an enchanting winter wonderland. You can race down the ice slide, ice skate at the beautiful ice rink, check in to the ice hotel, or simply have a drink at the ice bar. There’s a lot going on in this village!
There are connected indoor walking-tunnels that link the main hotel buildings giving guests the ease of walking wherever they need to go without going outdoors.
For facilities such as the Ice Village and Mina Mina Beach there is a complimentary shuttle bus running frequently between these and the hotels.
