| AGNES 02/01/2020 | Reception desk with staff there is very helpful. Easy to do room transfer when we changed the room. The ski locker is very big and useful. Cleaning every 3 days is not enough coz we have too much garbage. Good if the apartment has a bathtub, hot tub or jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. |

| Alexendre for 15/16 season | TV provided in the room isn't same as manual. We could not listen to BBC news in English but in Japanese. Pillows are too small and soft...can't sleep. Dear Alexendre, thank you for your feedback. The remote control has an option to change the settings from Japanese to English, there is a subtitle setting. When in doubt the reception is available to explain. More pillow options will be considered. Thanks for your comments. |
