| Alexendre for 15/16 season | TV provided in the room isn't same as manual. We could not listen to BBC news in English but in Japanese. Pillows are too small and soft...can't sleep. Dear Alexendre, thank you for your feedback. The remote control has an option to change the settings from Japanese to English, there is a subtitle setting. When in doubt the reception is available to explain. More pillow options will be considered. Thanks for your comments. |
