They were very approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgable providing us with information about Alpen Ridge and all that it offered to us. They followed up our lost luggage via JAL and notified us as soon as it had been delivered to our accommodation. They helped with arranging an appointment at the local medical centre and transport there. Transport was also arranged for us to Kuchan railway station to travel to Otura for a day trip. Other staff, unfortunately I don't know their names, were helpful with rail time table information for the journey to and from Otura. It's a refreshing change to find young people so eager to assist guests and make their stay so enjoyable. |
