Tara 11/04/2019 | Everything about this place is amazing! It really felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable, casual and relaxing. I went with a group of 6 friends, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to families with children also. There would certainly be enough space! You can see the snow topped mountains from the windows. The rooms are large, clean, heated and in a modern minimalist style. The bathrooms are clean and in a Japanese style. By the hallway there is a ski gear storage room and next to this a heated drying room. Being able to slip into warm dry ski boots each morning made a massive difference. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a cozy meal in. The location is excellent! It’s in Hirafu Village and is an easy walk to the ski fields. An onsen is available less then 100m up the road (highly recommended after a day of heavy skiing). Here you can grab a beer from one of the vending machines and enjoy watching the snow fall from your hot pool. Couldn't ask for more. Loved it. I will be back!” |

Geoffrey 11/04/2019 | We stayed at Yukisawa house in March 2019. It’s a cosy chalet with heated flooring and nice furnishings in Hirafu village. We loved the daily private car up to the slopes. And the traditional onsen a couple of doors down. We’ve stayed in quite a few spots and this is our favourite ski house so far. Thanks for a great stay! |
